🎯 Requirements
- Licensed Psychiatrist or PMHNP-BC; FNP dual preferred.
- Licensed in two or more states (CT, IL, NJ, NY listed).
- Experience in Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).
- Synthesize medical and psychiatric data into evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a team setting.
