🎯 Requirements

Min 5 years phlebotomy experience.
5+ yrs customer care; phlebotomy ops supervision; BS/BA preferred.
HS diploma required; phlebotomy certification preferred.
Financial/budgetary experience preferred.
HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days; training compliance.
Adheres to standards; cross-functional teamwork; strong communication.
