📋 Description

• Verify test requisitions and documentation; report discrepancies.
• Verify patient identity before sample collection.
• Obtain blood specimens via venipuncture or finger sticks.
• Maintain specimen integrity with aseptic technique and isolation procedures.
• Track collected specimens with dates/times in the Natera system.
• Maintain quality results and monitor KPIs; document in relevant logs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years high-level customer care; phlebotomy ops supervisor preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
