📋 Description

• Verify test requisitions against orders; report discrepancies to product management.
• Verify patient identity by reading patient ID.
• Obtain blood specimens via venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Maintain specimen integrity with aseptic technique per procedures; observe isolation.
• Track specimens by initials, dates, and times; maintain daily tallies.
• Maintain quality results; log QC; report KPI changes biweekly.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years in high-level customer care; managing phlebotomy ops/teams (preferred).
• BS/BA degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred, depending on state.
• Bilingual language skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
