📋 Description

• On-site PSC Manager/Phlebotomist in Fort Smith, AR.
• Oversee phlebotomy program at the patient service center.
• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks for specimens.
• Ensure aseptic technique and specimen integrity.
• Track collections and KPI reporting biweekly.
• Manage phlebotomy equipment and vendor relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years in customer care; supervising phlebotomy ops preferred.
• High School Diploma required; BS/BA preferred; Phlebotomy cert preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.
