PSC Manager

📋 Description

• Verifies test requisitions; resolves discrepancies with leadership.
• Verifies patient identity prior to collection.
• Collects blood samples via venipuncture or finger sticks.
• Maintains specimen integrity using aseptic technique.
• Oversees PSC phlebotomy operations and vendor relationships.
• Tracks collections and biweekly KPI reporting to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years customer care; phlebotomy ops leadership preferred; BS/BA preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy cert preferred.
• HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days.
• Excellent communication; cross-functional teamwork.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
