- Proven field-facing technical advisor to Sales—discovery to RFP/RFI.
- Deep knowledge of PSAP workflows, funding, procurement, and compliance.
- Strong fluency with cloud platforms, APIs, data workflows.
- Executive communication and storytelling skills.
