📋 Description

• Partner with AEs and RSMs to qualify opportunities and design tailored technical solutions.
• Lead discovery with 911 centers, emergency management agencies, and public safety IT teams.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical workshops, and PoC sessions customized to agencies.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, benefit-focused explanations for non-technical audiences.
• Serve as field-facing technical advisor to Sales—owning discovery, design, demos, and validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in public safety or PSAP ops, with senior leadership preferred.
• Experience selling or enabling public safety software (NG911, CAD, RMS, ESInet, etc.).
• Proven field-facing tech advisor to Sales—owning end-to-end discovery, design, demos, and RFP/RFI.
• Deep understanding of PSAP workflows, funding models, procurement cycles, and compliance.
• Strong fluency with cloud platforms, APIs, network infra, and data workflows in public safety.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and represent Prepared as a technical ambassador.
