🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in public safety or PSAP operations; senior leadership preferred.
- Experience selling/implementing public safety software (NG911, CAD, RMS, ESInet).
- Proven field-facing tech advisor to Sales—discovery, design, demos, and RFP/RFI responses end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of PSAP workflows, funding models, procurement, compliance.
- Strong fluency with cloud platforms, APIs, network infrastructure, data workflows, and interoperability.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% and represent Prepared at industry events.
