  • 2-4 years experience in operations, business analysis, or project coordination (SaaS/consulting/PS).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate data insights.
  • Resource forecasting and skills matching.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
