๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Initiate and complete orders for RespOrg/port and provision inbound numbers.
  • Manage port-away, changes, and disconnections in provisioning systems.
  • Monitor orders for completeness and accuracy.
  • Follow provisioning processes for NICE CX local and toll-free numbers.
  • Participate in customer go-live activities, including hot-cut and carrier engagement as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and sales partners within CPNI rules.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year provisioning inbound number services or customer service experience.
  • Experience handling a ticketing/work order/case queue in Salesforce or CRM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
