- Initiate and complete orders for RespOrg/port and provision inbound numbers.
- Manage port-away, changes, and disconnections in provisioning systems.
- Monitor orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow provisioning processes for NICE CX local and toll-free numbers.
- Participate in customer go-live activities, including hot-cut and carrier engagement as needed.
- Communicate clearly with customers and sales partners within CPNI rules.
๐ฏ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year provisioning inbound number services or customer service experience.
- Experience handling a ticketing/work order/case queue in Salesforce or CRM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
