  • Coordinate contracts between Sales Ops and Risk; clarify criteria.
  • Analyze onboarding data to identify bottlenecks and quality gaps; drive improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve systems and capture returns/decline reasons.
  • Support sales with documentation requirements and risk considerations; assist training on standards.

  • 2โ€“4 yearsโ€™ experience in sales ops, onboarding or underwriting support.
  • Experience in fintech/payments/POS is desirable but not required.
  • Strong understanding of merchant risk assessment and underwriting docs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influence cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving and data-driven performance mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM/tools (Salesforce) and Excel/Sheets for KPIs.
  • Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs is desirable.
