- 2โ4 yearsโ experience in sales ops, onboarding or underwriting support.
- Experience in fintech/payments/POS is desirable but not required.
- Strong understanding of merchant risk assessment and underwriting docs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influence cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving and data-driven performance mindset.
- Proficient in CRM/tools (Salesforce) and Excel/Sheets for KPIs.
- Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs is desirable.
