  • Work with Providers post-sale to complete onboarding and activation.
  • Monitor and facilitate provider training.
  • Coordinate with Credentialing Task Force on credentialing.
  • Establish Provider profile and flag missing components.
  • Enable providers to accept new client matches.
  • Coach providers to their first session and beyond.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years in SaaS Sales/Account Management support.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and adapts to change.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Detail oriented with solid time management.
  • Familiar with Google Suite and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to guide providers through onboarding and issue resolution.
