π― Requirements
- 1-3 years in SaaS Sales/Account Management support.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and adapts to change.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Detail oriented with solid time management.
- Familiar with Google Suite and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to guide providers through onboarding and issue resolution.
