Identifies go-live risks; mitigates and communicates with clients; travel up to 10%.
Drives client experience by coordinating across sales, product, success, and implementations.
Contributes to planning by surfacing technical risks and dependencies.
Communicates status, decisions, and milestones to stakeholders throughout the implementation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
5+ years in implementation, healthcare preferred.
3+ years technical implementations, focus on configurations.
Strong knowledge of Agile project methodology.
Clear verbal and written communication; articulate requirements.
PM tools proficiency; Jira experience a plus.
