Provider Partnership Coordinator

📋 Description

• Build and maintain provider relationships across markets
• Guide partners from onboarding to ongoing engagement
• Ensure smooth operations with contracted partners and clinical staff
• Support credentialing and recredentialing processes
• Collect provider demographics and update records
• Collaborate with Provider Partnership Associate as a team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; professional experience may substitute
• Must reside in Northern/Southern California; monthly center meetings
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Experience in network relations, provider contracting, or health plan ops
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
