📋 Description

  • Develop and maintain a high-quality provider network across markets.
  • Guide partners from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
  • Maintain external relationships for smooth operational integration.
  • Assist credentialing and recredentialing with the Network Management team.
  • Coordinate with external partners to update provider demographics.
  • Monitor the Provider Partnership email inbox and triage inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; professional experience may be substituted
  • Must reside in Northern/Southern California; monthly center meetings required
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience in a relevant area
  • Experience in network relations, provider contracting, and/or health plan operations
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
