🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional experience may be substituted
- Minimum of one year of experience in provider relations, specifically field work; managed care experience desired
- Proven experience building trust-based relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and deliver service-centric experience
- Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond in providing service to providers or partners
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
