Produce network performance analyses and market-level reporting.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to boost provider outcomes and efficiency.
Create high-frequency reports and deep-dive analyses on trends (utilization, access, adequacy).
Translate complex data into concise executive summaries with recommendations.
Own monthly market reports and refine dashboards with Central Analytics.

🎯 Requirements

Work in PST hours.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred.
4+ years’ experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics.
Ability to design reporting and conduct ad hoc analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or SQL.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
