📋 Description

  • Accurately enter and maintain provider and roster data across systems
  • Format provider data from source files into a defined schema
  • Process provider add, change, termination requests in a timely manner
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Support provider onboarding activities and readiness
  • Provide admin support to provider relations, claims and member services

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in data entry, operations, or healthcare admin
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Able to manage high-volume, repetitive work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with provider data or healthcare operations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with onboarding, roster management, or claims support (preferred)
