Build and manage pipeline of provider partners to expand the PACE network.
Lead provider contracting to align with organizational needs.
Execute market-specific network strategies for performance.
Onboard and train providers on plan policies and the Provider Portal.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs for the provider network.
Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Utilization, Claims, and PACE leaders to streamline workflows.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field; experience may substitute.
1+ year in provider relations; managed care experience preferred.
Strong service orientation with providers and partners.
Ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders; service-centric.
Travel to WelbeHealth markets as needed.
