Identify and build a pipeline of provider partners; advocate for the PACE model.
Lead contracts with providers; align with Network Strategy.
Execute market-specific network plans for a high-performing network.
Guide partners from initial training on plan policies and the Provider Portal.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs for the provider network.
Partner with Clinical Ops, Utilization, Claims, and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; professional experience may substitute.
Minimum 1 year in provider relations; managed care preferred.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service to providers and partners.
Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to travel to WelbeHealth markets as needed.
