Assess provider capabilities, workflows and staffing to meet access standards and quality.
Develop outreach strategies to attract providers in desired specialties/locations.
Perform daily outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote joining.
Document outreach activities and manage provider data in a CRM.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years relevant experience
3+ years experience in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting
1+ years experience in provider relations or recruiting across geographic areas
