- Familiarity with VBC metrics (quality, cost savings, outcomes) and payer expectations (HEDIS, MIPS, ACOs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient with EHRs, performance dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
