At Provectus, we design and build AI-driven products that empower businesses and people. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can think strategically, design with craft, and thrive in an environment where technology, data, and design intersect.
What you’ll do: Lead the end-to-end design process across mobile and web platforms — from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity design and handoff.Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and improve quality and consistency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product managers, engineers, and AI specialists — to craft solutions that are both human-centered and technically feasible.Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align teams and stakeholders around shared goals.Drive clarity through ambiguity, helping your team navigate complex problem spaces and shape direction with confidence.Deliver pixel-perfect interfaces and seamless user experiences, maintaining a high visual and interaction design standard.Communicate design decisions effectively and ensure stakeholder alignment on the product vision and priorities. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or equivalent role.A strong portfolio showcasing craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end product impact.Proven track record working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced, collaborative settings.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Passion for exploring how AI can enhance both the design process and the user experience. Nice to have: Experience designing AI-powered user experiences or integrating AI features into products.Experience mentoring other designers and fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.
