Title: Private Events Manager

Department: Growth Marketing

Reports To: Senior Director, Global Marketing

Job Summary

Love building and executing all types of events? Take pride in creating experiences that surprise and delight prospects and customers?

We’re seeking a Field Marketing Manager that is responsible for building, scaling and executing regional field events spanning across experiential events, roundtables, white-glove ABM, and community events. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, this role plays a key part in executing regional marketing strategies to support sales goals, drive demand, accelerate pipeline and enhance brand awareness. This position will work extremely closely with sales, sales development, and marketing teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan and execute high-impact private events in line with regional market needs and overall GTM objectives
  • Research, plan and maintain calendar of events
  • End-to-end management of logistics and execution for all planned events; including vendor management, fulfillment/inventory, order management, on-site staffing, etc
  • Responsible for pre and post promotion of events 
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts and budgets 
  • Interface with external executives and their teams in order to secure speaking engagements 
  • Collaborate very closely with sales and sales leadership in terms of pre and post-event communication, planning and on-site execution
  • Manage and maintain regional private events marketing budget
  • Measure event ROI and impact, providing insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% in order to support events 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in regional marketing or ABM in B2B SaaS tech company
  • Passionate about performance and growth marketing
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales, understand regional priorities and translate them into actional marketing plans 
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with several teams in GTM
  • Proactive communication style in working and negotiating with vendors 
  • Passionate for setting priorities and problem solving 
  • Experience mapping messaging and tactics across personas, industries and regional segments
  • Strong organization and project management skills with high attention to detail in building campaign planning documentation and calendars 
  • Team-oriented approach with a dedication to growth and success

The anticipated salary range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
