📋 Description

• Drive test vehicles for long-distance/local missions up to 400 miles.
• Perform daily start-up, engagement, disengagement, and shutdown procedures.
• Execute testing following strict safety and compliance protocols.
• Represent the organization professionally while driving publicly, prioritizing safety.
• Demonstrate expertise across software and hardware testing to mature systems.
• Lead or coach team members and oversee a small shift; travel required.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years experience; degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and meet Latitude's MVR background checks.
• Pass ten-panel drug screen and criminal background checks.
• Comfortable driving long hours; maintain professionalism on road.
• Strong interest in technology; quick to adapt to challenges.
• Technical proficiency with computers; terminal commands and GitHub; navigate CLI.
