The Role: Why you should apply:Proton is at an inflection point. We started as a CRM for distributors, and now we’re expanding into a multi-product platform. More products to take to market. More problems to solve. More opportunity for a product marketer to make a real impact. We’re looking for a strategic product marketer who knows how to turn product into pipeline. You’ll own go-to-market for new capabilities, sharpen our positioning in a competitive space, and arm Sales with stories that win.You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and work closely with Product, Sales, and our CEO. From day one, you’ll be executing on the core pillars of product marketing—positioning, messaging, enablement, and launches.We move fast, bias hard toward action, and stay close to the customer. If you want real ownership and the chance to directly shape how a startup makes the leap from product to platform, this is the role.
Comp: $100k-$160k
