• Develop and maintain the GSIS policy and procedure library.
• Stand up GSIS metrics and reporting framework for leadership visibility.
• Stand up new capabilities; build operating model, training, and vendor framework.
• Act as intake and triage for high-priority GSIS requests.
• Build and maintain audit-ready documentation and control evidence.
• Lead cross-functional GSIS initiatives end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial program management in corporate/physical security.
• Built personal security programs from zero in high-growth environments.
• Working fluency across GSIS domains (intel, protection, investigations, ops, crisis mgmt).
• Developed policies and audit-ready documentation for regulatory or customer scrutiny.
• Clear writing; translate complex security concepts for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
