The Role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing Corporate FP&A team who can play a key role in helping manage our company’s operating model, forecasting, planning, and reporting. This is a critical position within the finance organization with direct contribution to highly visible outputs. You will be a good fit if you are rigorous in your attention to detail and thrive within the ebbs and flows of financial close cycles.

Problems You Will Solve

  • Partner with finance, business partners and accounting to ensure accurate and timely close
  • Be the primary FP&A business partner to our tech and G&A teams
  • Own all aspects of workforce planning and expenses for Corporate FP&A
  • Contribute to the monthly close process and perform budget variance analysis of our financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly reporting materials for our executive team and board
  • Help drive quarterly forecasts and annual planning
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to provide insightful and actionable information for our business
  • Assess financial risk in new vendor engagements
  • Other ad hoc projects as they arise (Board meeting support, competitive analysis, support strategic initiatives, etc.).
  • About You

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity / venture capital
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
  • Proficiency with accounting, corporate finance and working knowledge of tools in the finance tech stack
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills; strategic and critical thinking
  • Ability to make strategic business recommendations and ability to influence others in decision making
  • Self-directed, able to work independently, often in ambiguous situations - as well as work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong cross-functional experience in finance, accounting, business operations and technology
  • Experience with ERP and corporate financial planning tools (NetSuite preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge and aptitude for systems and data extraction

  • Compensation details: The salary for this position is $111,000 - $140,000 annually, plus bonus and generous benefits. In determining your salary, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
