  • Manage inbound/outbound contact center systems across multiple lines
  • Acquire, configure, and route toll-free numbers (TFNs) and dialer platforms
  • Optimize overall voice channel operations and KPIs
  • Forecast call volumes/workflows; support interval staffing & scheduling
  • Collaborate with Legal & Compliance to ensure laws and policies

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6+ months experience as a Dialer Administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of IVR, ACD, and dialer technologies
  • Experience with NICE CXone or LiveVox platforms
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and attention to detail
