Maintain neat work area, tools, valves, tubes, and manifolds for subassemblies.
Stage, build, test, install, and proof production subassemblies.
Verify fluids and electrical connections using diagrams for propulsion systems.
Operate testing equipment for pressurized checkouts; follow test instructions.
Accept or reject test units per criteria; document and work with engineering to resolve non-conformances.
Set up and operate CNC rotary draw bending and CNC tube cutting equipment.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
1+ years in manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace environment.
A&P license or ASE Master certification strongly desired.
Knowledge of fluid systems, pressure, temperature and flow measurement devices; propulsion systems.
Strong mathematical, computer, problem solving, and communication skills.
ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen/national or eligible for authorizations.
