Propulsion Technician (Raptor Production Machining)

📋 Description

• Grind, file, or sand metal surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings; follow detailed work instructions
• Borescope parts to check for internal defects and debris
• Inspect surface finishes, threads, and edges
• Use tools and fluid flow to remove chips/debris from passages
• Operate test cell instrumentation and related test units

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Bench close tolerance dimensions per blueprint
• Experience with micrometers and ultrasonic thickness gauges
• Lean manufacturing and 5S methods
• Experience using digital borescopes for inspection
