🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in industrial manufacturing; PMs, fabrication, or equipment operation
- Experience documenting process improvements in team-based production
- 2+ years foundry or large-scale industrial equipment experience
- 3+ years manufacturing experience, scaling operations
- Familiarity with HMI, PLC, or robot programming
- Strong manual dexterity for finishing tasks
- Adaptable to repetitive tasks and process development
- Strong cross-functional communication
