Clean, prepare and assemble combustion chamber assemblies and sub-assemblies for welding or brazing.
Follow procedures, specifications and test instructions.
Operate DAVI roll former, automated TIG welding machine, hydro-forming sheet metal.
Run automated surface preparation or thermal barrier coating processes.
Read and interpret technical drawings; follow detailed work instructions.
Use precision tools – torque wrenches, micrometers and calipers.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
1+ years of manufacturing experience
2+ years of experience working on aircraft or rocket engines
5+ years of aerospace engines experience
A&P license
Knowledge of pressure, temp and flow devices; mechanical/electrical systems
