Propulsion Technician (Raptor)

📋 Description

• Perform work per procedures for Raptor devices
• Operate vacuum furnaces, ultrasonic immersion, test booths
• Clean, prepare and assemble hardware for EB, TIG welding or brazing
• Read and interpret drawings and follow detailed work instructions
• Use precision tools: torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers
• Stage, install, test and de-tool Raptor engine hardware

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years manufacturing experience
• A&P license
• 2+ years working on aircraft or rocket engines
• 5+ years aerospace engines experience
• Knowledge of pressure, temperature and flow devices; mechanical and electrical systems
