  • On the front line of assembling and testing Aeon-R engine components and sub-assemblies.
  • Support in-house processes such as precision cleaning, hydrostatic proof testing, flow testing, and engine assembly.
  • Read and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Collaborate across teams to build robust component and engine building processes.
  • Contribute to cost, quality, and lead time improvements in manufacturing processes.
  • Work with electrical and mechanical system integration as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience working on engines, focusing on engine components.
  • Familiarity with Gas Generator cycle engine architecture and nomenclature.
  • Experience with high-pressure fluid system development and testing (hydrostatic proof, pneumatic leak check, flow testing).
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical system integration.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with 5S manufacturing principles and Lean Manufacturing.
