Oversee end-to-end manufacturing of Combustion Device hardware for Aeon-R and Vacuum Engine.
Develop initial processes to build hardware and enable rapid production ramp.
Collaborate with internal (machine shop, additive) and external teams to drive manufacturability.
Ensure delivery to engine targets and drive continuous improvement and new product development.

🎯 Requirements

BS in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering, or equivalent.
2+ years hardware manufacturing experience (building and testing).
Experience authoring work instructions and process procedures.
Experience interfacing with design engineering and manufacturing teams.
Experience driving projects in fast-paced environments.
Advocate for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
