Oversee end-to-end manufacturing for Combustion Device hardware for Aeon-R and Vacuum Engine.
Develop processes to build hardware, implement into production, and ramp.
Collaborate with machine shop, additive, and external to Manufacturing to drive manufacturability.
Ensure delivery to engine targets and drive continuous improvement for Combustion Device manufacturing.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor of Science in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 2+ years building and testing hardware in manufacturing.
Extensive experience authoring work instructions and processes.
Experience interfacing with design, manufacturing, and production teams.
Experience executing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to advocate for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
