🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience authoring work instructions and process procedures for complex assemblies.
- Experience interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing, and production personnel in a production environment.
- Experience executing and driving projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and advocate for Design for Manufacturing principles.
