  • Oversee build and test processes for Raptor final assembly and Tube Shop.
  • Develop, qualify, and refine assembly processes for high-volume engine production.
  • Collaborate with design, build, reliability teams and vendors to meet schedule.
  • Develop design/manufacturing standards to reduce final-assembly burden.
  • Resolve issues, disposition nonconformities, and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Own tooling design, fabrication, qualification, and improvement using data.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering.
  • 1+ years mechanical design/manufacturing experience from industry or collegiate projects.
  • Experience building and testing fluid and electrical systems, interpreting schematics.
  • Documentation and configuration management experience.
  • Experience writing test plans, procedures, and go/no-go judgments.
  • NX CAD and GD&T for component/tooling design.
