  • Question status quo; develop solutions; implement design/test upgrades to improve reliability.
  • Hands-on testing; lead root-cause investigations for anomalies.
  • Urgently troubleshoot critical issues at test/launch sites.

  • Identify flight risks, develop mitigations, and implement solutions for mission success.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics.
  • 1+ years designing and analyzing mechanical/fluid systems.
  • Experience with CAD or FEA software.
  • Demonstrated ability to own hardware or systems within an integrated engineering team.
  • Experience with mechanisms, fluid control components, and test instrumentation.
  • Hands-on experience with pressurized fluid and gas handling systems.
