  • Develop manufacturing and integration processes for Raptor components to optimize deliveries.
  • Conceptualize and drive innovative manufacturing processes for high-rate production targets.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to maximize manufacturability and reliability.
  • Oversee introduction of new products and revisions, often multiple at once.
  • Own the production line: quality, tooling, capital equipment, ergonomics, and safety.
  • Lead root-cause investigations across development, production, test, and launch.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience with engine, fluid, or system design, development, fabrication, assembly, or test (internship or project team experience applicable).
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-disciplinary communication skills.
  • Experience with liquid rocket engines, spacecraft systems, or pressurized fluid systems.
  • Design for manufacturability (DFM) expertise with successful product development through testing and production.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
