  • Conceptualize and drive innovative manufacturing processes for high-rate production.
  • Collaborate with design/development engineers to maximize manufacturability and reliability.
  • Oversee introduction of new products and revisions, often multiple.
  • Own production line processes, quality, tooling, equipment, safety.
  • Resolve manufacturing nonconformances with quality for corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 1+ year in engine, fluid, or system design, development, fabrication, or test.
  • Experience with liquid rocket engines or pressurized fluid systems.
  • Aerospace materials knowledge: steel, aluminum, Inconel.
  • Familiarity with brazing and welding joining processes.
  • DFM expertise with development-to-production success.
