Research and analyze historical pricing data for management presentation.
Compile costs, schedule, and technical elements for proposals per RFP specs.
Compile costs and technical elements for change orders per Sales Rep requirements.
Report progress, metrics, and issues for all proposal efforts to management.
Update and maintain RFI response library to support RFI efforts.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required, in Business Administration preferred.
At least 4 years of related proposals experience.
At least 3 years in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry; eClinical experience preferred.
Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM solutions preferred.
