- Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance and agency guidelines.
- Develop/manage schedules, assignments, and workflows for timely submissions.
- Maintain reusable libraries of content, references, resumes, and templates.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-6+ years in Federal proposals management, ideally with tech/defense/AI/ML.
- Eligible for a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- Lead complex, deadline-driven proposals in compliance with government solicitations.
- Manage multiple concurrent proposals under tight deadlines with strong project management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; simplify complex tech for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of government contracting processes, FAR/DFARS, and Shipley or equivalent.
