📋 Description

• Generate draft proposals and budgets for opportunities per pricing processes.
• Review new quote requests and obtain missing scope information.
• Interface with BD, Scientific Office, and Ops to assemble proposals.
• Ensure timely delivery of proposals to clients.
• Revise quotes as directed and estimate costs and labor.
• Maintain knowledge of current scientific and regulatory environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication with stakeholders under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of pricing models.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
