- Partner with Sales Engineers and Account teams to align with deal strategy.
- Conduct initial due diligence of opportunities and assess requirements.
- Act as central coordinator across Product, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
- Manage end-to-end proposal process, track inputs, ensure timely submissions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into customer-ready documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Math, or equivalent.
- 5+ years overall experience, incl. 2+ years in proposals or presales.
- Experience writing clearly about technical products; software or automation a plus.
- Experience with proposal management tools or knowledge bases.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and software environments.
- Fluent written and spoken English; other languages a plus.
