Develop clear responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and due diligence requests.
Partner with Sales Engineers and AE teams to align responses with deal strategy.
Conduct initial due diligence, assess opportunity scope and requirements.
Coordinate proposals with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Legal, Finance).
Manage end-to-end proposal process and timelines.
Translate complex UiPath platform architecture and AI concepts into customer-ready docs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Math, or equivalent.
5+ years overall, including 2+ years in proposals or presales.
Clear writing about technical products; exposure to software or automation a plus.
Experience with proposal management tools or knowledge bases.
Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and enterprise software.
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
