📋 Description

  • Lead the RFP process and develop the Proposal Project Plan with SMEs and deadlines
  • Schedule and facilitate Color Team meetings (Blue, Pink, Green, Red) per governance timelines
  • Monitor compliance, QA, formatting, pricing alignment, and version control
  • Escalate risks related to timelines, compliance gaps, or SME responsiveness
  • Facilitate reviews with Legal and Executives and manage final submission logistics
  • Submit proposals before deadlines and maintain complete documentation in the system

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in proposal coordination, PM, capture, or operations
  • Strong APMP/Shipley or similar methodology knowledge
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in deadline-driven settings
  • Familiarity with government and commercial procurement processes
  • Experience using proposal tools (Responsive, Monday.com, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with color team governance and gate reviews
