📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end RFx PM from intake to submission.
  • Define timelines, milestones, owners; keep contributors aligned.
  • Build and maintain templates, outlines, and schedules for deadlines.

  • Coordinate stakeholders to draft, route, and refine responses.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration for consistent messaging and pricing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in proposals, PM, sales ops, or similar
  • Very organized; handles multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong writing/editing; translate tech to clear responses
  • Curious about tech and AI; comfortable with SiftHub/Gemini
  • Able to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, security, legal, product, finance
  • Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship
